Deutsche Bahn

Wiener Linien
- Client since 2018
- Deployment at Wiener Linien Security on the platform and in the train
- Main objective: prevention through the de-escalating effect of the large display of the NetCo Body Cam
- Predominant use in the railroad area
In June 2020, cell phone recordings of onlookers indicated wrong behavior of the security staff towards mask refusal. Only the body cam footage could provide evidence that security personnel behaved correctly.
Wiener Linien noticed a de-escalation in 50% of the cases by switching on the display.
Because the NetCo Body Cam has been proven to increase the safety of inspectors and passengers in public transport and long-distance traffic, it is used daily by DB Sicherheit and Wiener Linien in buses and trains.
