Our mobi­le CT inspec­tion sys­tem (www.mobile-ct.eu) is an abso­lut­e­ly uni­que sel­ling point and sets new stan­dards in non-des­truc­ti­ve test­ing. To streng­then our team, we are loo­king for an employee (m/f/d) with imme­dia­te effect who has mecha­ni­cal and elec­tri­cal know­ledge and has the main task of pre­pa­ring and accom­pany­ing the use of this ground­brea­king system.

Your Chall­enge: 

  • Under­stan­ding and inter­pre­ting tech­ni­cal dra­wings and CAD models of the inspec­tion objects in order to assess the pos­si­bi­li­ties of an inspec­tion and to defi­ne the inspec­tion pro­cess in detail
  • Car­ry­ing out simp­le design work to adapt fix­tures, work­pie­ce hol­ders, etc. 
  • Deepe­ning know­ledge in the field of non-des­truc­ti­ve test­ing methods, espe­ci­al­ly indus­tri­al com­pu­ter tomo­gra­phy, through inter­nal and exter­nal training
  • Cla­ri­fi­ca­ti­on of the test­ing task, the test­ing pro­ce­du­re and the instal­la­ti­on site of the mobi­le system
  • Orga­ni­sa­ti­on of radia­ti­on pro­tec­tion monitoring
  • Rea­ding and ana­ly­sing cir­cuit dia­grams of elec­tri­cal sys­tems and car­ry­ing out mea­su­re­ments and inspec­tions using appro­pria­te mea­su­ring equipment
  • Assembling and com­mis­sio­ning the mobi­le CT inspec­tion sys­tem at the site of operation
  • Car­ry­ing out main­ten­an­ce and repair tasks
  • Pro­ject sup­port for the con­s­truc­tion of fur­ther mobi­le inspec­tion systems

This Is Who You Are: 

  • Com­ple­ted tech­ni­cal trai­ning or stu­dies in the field of mecha­ni­cal engi­nee­ring, elec­tri­cal engi­nee­ring, auto­ma­ti­on tech­no­lo­gy or a simi­lar field
  • Sound know­ledge in the inter­pre­ta­ti­on of tech­ni­cal dra­wings and CAD models
  • Expe­ri­ence in rea­ding and under­stan­ding cir­cuit dia­grams and in car­ry­ing out mea­su­re­ments on elec­tri­cal systems
  • Basic design skills or wil­ling­ness to acqui­re the­se skills.
  • Fami­lia­ri­ty with non-des­truc­ti­ve test­ing tech­ni­ques is an advan­ta­ge, but not essential
  • Fle­xi­bi­li­ty, com­mit­ment and the abili­ty to learn new tech­no­lo­gies quickly
  • Abili­ty to work in a team, strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills and a high level of pro­blem-sol­ving skills
  • Wil­ling­ness and abili­ty to acqui­re spe­cia­list know­ledge in the field of radia­ti­on protection
