For our development team, we are looking for an experienced AI expert (m/f/d) for our locations in Blankenburg, Magdeburg or remote, who is able to build and lead a team of AI developers. In this challenging position, you will be involved in the development of advanced AI systems and contribute significantly to the implementation of our corporate strategy.

- You take on the leadership and development of a team of AI developers
- With a passion for the development of innovative solutions, you work together with the team on the conception and implementation of AI projects.
- You are responsible for the implementation of machine learning methods and technologies in projects
- You will assist us in the further development of our AI platform
- You are location-independent: the advertised position can be performed entirely remotely
You are:
- You are a dreamer, thinker, doer, just like us
- You have successfully completed a degree in the field of computer science, mathematics, physics or a related study area
- You have professional experience in the field of AI, especially in the application of machine learning methods
- Your profile is further complemented with experience in team leadership and project management
- Your good knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java or C++ add to your skills
- You are proficient in English and German
- Team orientation and clear, open communication are a matter of course for you when working together with the departments and divisions.
- You have a strong service orientation with an independent, forward-looking work attitude
